Elena Esper

Elena is an engineer (Centrale Lyon 1999 and Politecnico Milan), holder of the French Fundraising Certificate (2016). After starting her career at EDF, she moved to London and started working in the non-profit sector by managing and developing a music school. Back in France, she continued to work with cultural associations in their management and development.

An accomplished sportswoman (triathlon, trail, running, skiing), she recently participated in the Ironman World Championship (long distance triathlon). A hard-working sportswoman with a sound head, what an ideal profile for Talents & Violon’celles! She loves “working with passionate people” and going from negotiating an insurance contract to organising an evening, from communication and the search for sponsors to dreaming up projects. Since April 2018, she has been the permanent contact for sponsors, musicians, instrument makers and all members.
