Talents & Violon’celles has chosen to bring together a range of instruments from the 18th to the 21st century, including instruments made by exceptional violin makers, at the initiative of the association. Young musicians can thus play on both old and modern instruments in order to gain a variety of musical experiences, which will enable them to choose the type of instrument on which they feel most at ease for their career. The diversity of the collection is one of the strengths of what Talents & Violon’celles can offer.
Since its creation in 2010, Talents & Violon’celles has received or ordered no less than 18 cellos, with a strong acceleration since 2016. The foundation’s support for French violin making is very real, thanks to the commitment of its sponsors, who order their own instrument to lend it or who finance the foundation’s work.
