Les Caisses d’Épargne régionales
As part of its “Esprit Musique” scheme and its sponsorship activities, the Caisse d’Epargne has committed itself to Talents & Violon’celles, affirming its desire to enable young musicians to benefit from excellent instruments that match their talent. It all began in 2012, on the initiative of Gilbert Rault, then a director of the Caisse d’Epargne Rhône-Alpes, and Yves Toublanc, the then Chairman of the same Caisse and about to become National Chairman of the Group.
To date, ten regional Caisses d’Epargne have acquired a cello :
- Caisse d’Epargne Loire Centre
 - Caisse d’Epargne Loire Drôme Ardèche
 - Caisse d’Epargne Hauts de France (2 violoncelles)
 - Caisse d’Epargne Normandie
 - Caisse d’Epargne CEPAC
 - Caisse d’Epargne Rhône-Alpes
 - Caisse d’Epargne Languedoc Roussillon
 - Caisse d’Epargne Côte d’Azur
 - Caisse d’Epargne Bretagne Pays de Loire
 - Caisse d’Epargne Bourgogne Franche Comté

Each Caisse d’Epargne then lent its instrument to a promising young soloist in its region for a period of two years.
